With its solid oak floor, patinated walls and mouldings, the atmosphere here is reminiscent of an iconic New York coffee shop… but in Paris. Behind the counter, glittering machinery and weird-looking stills tell you what this place is all about: coffee roasting. The latte and cappuccino here are amongst the best in Paris, complemented by pâtisseries by Conticini.
